Mountain View launches the Mountain View 4 project in the 6th of October City and plans to deliver fully-finished units within a year, Invest-Gate reports.
Mountain View 4 spans over 47 acres and includes 183 units. The project is designed with the same successful unique trademark units’ looks, which are characterized by their distinctive blue and white colors.
The units range between townhouses and standalone villas with areas ranging from 230 to 275 sqm. As for the location, it is a few minutes away from the Ring Road and Mall of Egypt.
Wael Ezz, CCO and board member of Mountain View, says that Mountain View’s achievements in the East Cairo projects, given their unique and diverse units, encouraged the company to provide the same services and experience to its customers in West Cairo through Mountain View 4.
It is worth noting that Mountain View’s portfolio includes four major projects in West Cairo, namely Mountain View iCity, Chill Out Park, Mountain View Giza Plateau, and Mountain View October Park with a total area of more than 800 acres. These projects achieved an increase in sales during H1 2022.
