Mountain View has announced the launch of the second phase of Club Park in the iCity October project, comprising over 800 diverse residential units, Invest-Gate reports.

With a commitment to diversifying the housing product to cater to various tastes, Mountain View aims to meet all customer preferences in the new phase.

The iCity October project spans 500 acres, offering various amenities, housing units, and facilities to suit all preferences. It caters to customer needs, complemented by activities managed by The Lighthouse.

The project includes nearly 500 residential units in various stages of occupancy and completion, featuring a three-dimensional design. The first level houses a car park, the second level includes MV Club, the third level boasts an 800 m promenade to encourage walking, and the fourth and final level comprises diverse residential units. The project includes open green spaces, various sports facilities, and the International Life School.

Commenting on the launch of the second phase of Club Park, Wael Lotfy, CEO of Mountain View Development and Real Estate Investment, stated, “The second phase of Club Park represents the latest stages launched in our existing projects during 2024.”

Notably, Club Park, spanning over 87 acres, serves as the activity hub in iCity October and is a prominent destination in 6th of October City for sports enthusiasts, offering a wide range of sports facilities for family health care. It also includes several world-class sports academies housed in the 27-acre MV Club.”
