Continuing the success story of Chillout Park, Mountain View launches its new phase, under the name “The Vines,” Invest-Gate reports.
The 15-acre new phase includes 150 residential townhouses, with areas ranging between 210 and 220 sqm. Additionally, the new phase is designed to fulfill the customers’ needs, thus, it includes green areas, central parks, walk lanes, kids’ areas, and lakes.
Wael Lotfi, Partner, Board Member, Chief Innovation, and Marketing Officer at Mountain View, states that launching the new phase comes as a response to the rising demand for the Chillout Park project, which achieves total sales of EGP 4.86 bn since its offering.
Lotfi stresses that Mountain View doesn’t provide people with only buildings, but a meaningful life that has a high quality.
It is worth noting that Chillout Park is situated at 216 acres in the 6th of October City. The mega project includes around 2,000 residential units; ranging from villas to residential units in various areas. It features various services, including running tracks, and bicycle routes, along with commercial and restaurant areas.
