Starting from its mission of “building happy urban communities,” Mountain View announced the launch of The Lighthouse at the Ras El Hikma project on the North Coast during the summer season of 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

The launch of The Lighthouse is part of Mountain View’s strategy to establish communities that prioritize the human aspect and create an inspiring environment that goes beyond the concept of traditional residential communities.

It offers customers an integrated environment to enjoy a meaningful and valuable life. The experience will be expanded to some of Mountain View’s projects in Cairo in Q4 2023.

The Lighthouse project provides a dedicated space for community happiness, offering a diverse range of activities and programs that cater to the needs of all family members. It enables the younger generation to pursue their passions through developmental programs and events promoting happiness.

The Lighthouse represents a concept that is the first of its kind in Egypt and the Middle East, designed to build inspiring communities rather than mere residential units and provide vibrant spaces to inspire and empower individuals to achieve greatness.

The Lighthouse allows individuals to choose workshops that suit them after answering a questionnaire of over 40 questions to measure the happiness index and understand their interests and desires.

Applicants, whether residents or visitors, can join workshops tailored to their needs for skill development and personal growth based on the areas that require improvement in the happiness index. The activities and events carried out through The Lighthouse are based on the “Five Happiness Elements” developed by Jenn Lim, CEO and Co-Founder of Delivering Happiness.
