Mountain View for Development and Real Estate Investment has signed a strategic partnership with Arabtec Contracting worth EGP 5bn to accelerate construction in East Cairo, with a strong focus on its flagship project ALIVA in Mostakbal City, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Magid Mobarak, CPO at Mountain View, and Eng. Abdulrahman Ismail, CEO of Arabtec, in the presence of Eng. Wael Lotfy, Co-CEO of Mountain View. The partnership is designed to ensure on-time delivery of phases, maintain sustainability in construction operations, and achieve the highest standards of quality.

Under the plan, EGP 2bn will be directed to the first phase of ALIVA, another EGP 2bn to iCity New Cairo (Lagoon Park, Mountain Park, Podium Park), and EGP 1bn to the commercial district of MVI.I. By the end of this year, total construction investments in ALIVA are expected to reach EGP 10bn.

Spanning 638 feddans, ALIVA will be among the largest developments in East Cairo, featuring nine distinct lifestyle experiences designed for more than 10,000 families, redefining integrated urban living in Egypt.
