Mountain View has launched Mountain View Hospitality, a new subsidiary dedicated to managing and operating hospitality services, marking the company’s official entry into the tourism and hospitality sector. The launch coincided with the opening of KIN Hotel, the company’s first family-focused hotel in Egypt’s North Coast, designed under the concept of a “Chillax Family Hotel” that blends relaxation, innovation, and community, Invest-Gate reports.

Amr Soliman, Founder and Chairman of Mountain View, said the new venture reflects the company’s vision to create world-class destinations that strengthen Egypt’s position on the global tourism and investment map. He noted that the hospitality sector, valued at more than USD 20 bn in 2025, is expected to exceed USD 28 bn by 2030, generating thousands of jobs and attracting foreign investment.

Ahmed ElMoursy, CEO of Mountain View Hospitality, described KIN Hotel as the first step in the company’s ambitious expansion plan. He explained that the hotel was named “KIN” to reflect family, friendship, and belonging, offering a fully integrated experience tailored to families. The project, he said, sets new standards for hospitality in Egypt and paves the way for future regional growth.

The KIN Hotel concept rests on five pillars: family-centered services, tranquil spaces and design, community connection, a Mediterranean-inspired coastal experience, and a commitment to quality, operational excellence, and sustainability.

With Mountain View Hospitality, the company aims to capitalize on Egypt’s fast-growing tourism sector, particularly in the North Coast and Alexandria, where hospitality is expanding at an expected rate of nearly 13% until 2030. The move also aligns with Egypt’s national goal of attracting 30 mn tourists by 2028, supported by major infrastructure projects and expanded hotel capacity—developments Mountain View intends to reinforce through its innovative investments.
