Mountain View Chairman Amr Soliman has unveiled plans to commence work on Egypt’s “first international business hub” in New Cairo, called “Heartwork,” in Q1 2021, in a bid for delivery before 2022, Zawya reports.
Situated in Mountain View’s flagship east Cairo project, or “iCity,” Heartwork is being developed with costs estimated at EGP 3.3 bn to offer an array of cutting-edge office buildings, in collaboration with US-based culture consulting Delivering Happiness and architectural design firm CallisonRTKL, Soliman recently told Zawya Projects.
The 500-acre iCity New Cairo project will be fully delivered by 2024, he continued, underscoring that Mountain View is on track to hand over 1,000 residential units in each of its iCity New Cairo and iCity October projects by the end of 2020.
In 2021, planned investments of EGP 4.5 bn will be pumped to complete construction of iCity New Cairo, iCity October, and Mountain View Ras El Hikma projects, the chairman further revealed.
