UAE’s developer Mohamed Ruqait (MR) Properties announced a new four-star beachfront property at Cityscape Global 2017, Invest-Gate reports.

Marking the developer’s second development on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island, the AED 400 mn hotel is expected to open by the fourth quarter of 2019, according to a company press release.

The 500-key beachfront development spreads over an area of 10,886 square meter.

The property will feature four food and beverage outlets, 450 meter of white sandy beach and 1000 square meter pool, and other recreational facilities including children’s club, a health club and water sports facilities.
