MRB, facility management consultant, announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Bright City Developments, under which MRB will be responsible for managing and operating Bright Point Mall project, as well as developing and implementing the leasing strategy for its retail brands,This marks the latest addition to the company’s portfolio in Zahraa El Maadi, Invest-Gate reports.
Project Location and Development Components
The Bright Point Mall project is strategically located in Zahraa El Maadi and is a mixed-use development encompassing commercial, medical, and administrative activities.
The project spans 4,053 sqm and consists of two underground parking levels, a ground floor, and 11 repeated floors. The mall’s layout dedicates the ground floor to retail, floors one through six to medical facilities, and floors seven through eleven to administrative offices, totaling 416 units.
This agreement aligns with MRB’s strategy to strengthen its role as a specialized partner in managing and operating commercial and mixed-use projects.
By collaborating with developers with prime locations and a clear vision, MRB aims to enhance the prospects for operation success and long-term sustainability.
MRB began its involvement in the Bright Point Mall project during the early stages of development, conducting comprehensive operational and marketing studies. These included analyzing demand in the Zahraa El Maadi area, reviewing competing projects, determining the optimal mix of activities within the mall, and developing a comprehensive leasing strategy for retail brands to ensure maximum occupancy and investment value.

For his part, Abdelghany Abdelkarim, Chairman of Bright City Developments, stated that the Bright Point Mall project reflects the company’s focus on developing mixed-use projects according to the latest standards in strategic and promising locations.
He said that the partnership with MRB is part of the company’s commitment to leveraging specialized expertise in management, operations, and brand leasing, ensuring the project maintains its market value and delivers sustainable investment returns.
He disclosed that Zahraa El Maadi is one of the most promising areas, experiencing rapid urban and population growth due to its proximity to key transportation arteries and main roads, as well as its direct connections to vital areas such as Old Maadi, the Autostrad, and the Ring Road.
