Mohammed Rashid, CEO of MRB for project management and operation, stresses the importance of the role of management companies in creating fully serviced and operable projects, Invest-Gate reports.

The role of the management companies starts from the design stage to take into account the smallest details, through the construction processes and final finishes, until the completion, delivery, and operation of the project, he adds.

Rashid says that MRB’s contract with Arqa Development to manage the I Business Park towers project in the New Administrative Capital comes as a result of its full confidence in the success of Arqa in achieving all the operational elements provided by MRB.

For his part, Sherif Abdo, Head of the Engineering Sector at Arqa, states that the excavation and replacement works are completed in the I Business Park towers project, 75% of the reinforcement work is completed, and concrete pouring will start and finish during February with a volume of 18,000 cubic meters.
