Musanada, the Abu Dhabi General Services Company, has finalized infrastructure projects worth AED 254.4 mn in the Al Shawamekh area of the emirate, Trade Arabia reports.

Implemented in collaboration with the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport, the projects meet the highest international standards and specifications, Musanada noted in a statement.

The projects serve 732 residential plots, nine mosques, three schools, and 13 parks, in addition to 12 government, commercial and other facilities, offering integrated infrastructure services such as walkways, the Emirati company said.

Musanada delivered roads and infrastructure projects including the construction of internal roads and building infrastructure for residential plots with a total area of 2.2 mn square meters.

Infrastructure works also included the provision of stormwater, potable water, sanitation, telecommunications, street lighting, and electricity networks, it added.
