N Developments announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, unveiling exclusive offers on its flagship residential project Nest in New Cairo’s Sixth Settlement. The offers include discounts of up to 25% on selected payment plans, booking starting from 5%, and flexible installment schemes extending up to 12 years, Invest-Gate reports.

Eng. Ahmed Shedid, Chairman of N Developments, said the company’s participation reflects its expansion strategy in the local market by providing modern housing solutions in prime locations. He highlighted that Nest stands out as an integrated community featuring contemporary designs tailored to diverse client needs.

Shedid added that the project’s architecture was led by international architect Raef Fahmi, with interior designs by Dr. Mona Hussein (MHDH) and landscaping by Dr. Tarek Sobhy (Oko Plan), creating a unique living experience blending luxury and nature.

Eng. Hossam Soliman, CEO and Managing Director of N Developments, emphasized the strategic location of the Sixth Settlement near the New Capital and major highways, noting it is becoming a promising investment hub. He also revealed plans to launch a new 120-feddan villa project in West Cairo later this year, with total investments of EGP 30 bn.

Reem Raafat, Chief Commercial Officer, announced that the company will participate in major exhibitions in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Doha in October and November to promote its projects to Gulf-based Egyptians and Arab investors. She stressed the growing demand for Egyptian real estate as a safe investment destination.

Meanwhile, Soliman confirmed that N Developments is on track to deliver units at its commercial project 3sides Mall in El Shorouk, with full operations scheduled for 2026.
