Nawassy Developments has launched its new brand, N Developments, in the Egyptian real estate market, Invest-Gate reports.

This initiative is part of the company’s plan to update its visual identity and embark on a new phase of various commercial and residential projects in the coming period. Reem Raafat has been appointed as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer.

Eng. Hossam Soliman, CEO and Managing Director of N Developments, expressed his satisfaction with the efforts made by all departments and the significant successes achieved in 2024, including the launch of successful projects and the completion of existing ones.

He praised the contributions and dedication of all employees since the company’s inception, highlighting the spirit of perseverance, determination, and belonging that underscores their efforts.

He explained that the company is adopting an ambitious expansion and marketing plan starting in the new year, aiming to maintain a leading position in the Egyptian real estate market. This plan also emphasizes cooperation among employees while enhancing the company’s credibility and fostering customer trust by fulfilling its commitments.

Additionally, Soliman announced the launch of the second phase of the Nest project in New Cairo, following the significant success of the first phase. He noted that the project is an integrated residential compound with services, covering an area of 51 feddans and featuring a construction rate of only 16.5% of the total area.

The location is highly distinguished, situated in the Sixth Settlement and close to vital landmarks and major projects, only one minute from the ZED East project and two minutes from the Hyde Park project in New Cairo.
