NAC to Feature the World’s Largest Entertainment Park

Ahmed Massoud, chairman of Memaar Al Ashraaf Company, affirms that the New Administrative Capital (NAC) combines the world’s largest entertainment park, Invest-Gate reports.

Massoud adds that the Central Parks in the NAC are three times larger from the Hyde Park in London. He points out that the Central Parks project and the Green River combine two artificial lakes, each of them spans over 25 feddans. He further noted that the Egyptian government decided to use treated water to fill these lakes to ensure saving water, especially the Nile River.

Massoud stresses that the NAC will be Egypt’s first green city, featuring urban different models with a per capita share of 15 sqm of green areas.

The chairman notes that the NAC relies for 60% of its energy on renewable sources. Additionally, it treats 100% of the used water, and this treated water is used in irrigating 100% of the gardens and parks.

Furthermore, the state plans to reclaim around four million acres , which will contribute to reducing carbon emissions and bridging the food gap.
