The New Administrative Capital (NAC) hosts the experts of the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute (IEREI), Dubai, to give real estate marketers the first training course in Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.
The IEREI is the educational arm of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), affiliated with the Government Land Department.
The event is held in the presence of Khaled Abbas, Chairman of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development, and is organized by TSM Mall Management.
The course aims to provide a set of expanded training programs in the field of real estate marketing, which copes with the goals of the state towards raising the workers ‘expertise in this important field and organizing the market as a whole, which reflects positively on the real estate sector and customers.
The anticipated parties are Khaled Abbas, Chairman of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development; Fathallah Fawzy, Chairman of the Construction Committee of Egyptian Businessmen’s Association (EBA); Ahmed Shalaby, CEO of Tatweer Misr; Sherif Hamouda, Founder and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of GV Developments; Mohamed Galal, CEO of TSM; Tarek Shoukry, Head of the Chamber of Real Estate Developers at the Federation for Egyptian Industries; Mohamed Abdel Fattah, CEO of Eight Developments; Mohamed Taher, Chairman of Nile Real Estate Development; and Nour El-Din Reda El-Srougy, CEO of HARBOR Properties, Egypt.
Moreover, the representatives for the IEREI were Mohammad Mousa Shanaah, CEO of IEREI, and Mahmoud Al Burai, the Vice President of the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI.
It is worth noting that it is scheduled to launch another expanded course in cooperation with the IEREI experts in Dubai next October, and it is expected that many experts from Egypt and Dubai will participate in it.
