The Enforcement and Liquidation Center “Nafath” in Saudi Arabia has announced the organization of 30 public auctions, both physical and electronic, to sell and liquidate 161 residential and commercial properties in nine regions of the Kingdom from May 10th to May 14th, 2024, Invest-Gate reports.

The center clarified that auctions would take place in various regions, including nine in Riyadh showcasing 54 diverse real estate opportunities, five in Makkah featuring 24 properties, and one in Al-Madinah offering four real estate opportunities.

Moreover, there are 22 real estate opportunities in five auctions in the Eastern Province, 20 in three auctions in Al-Qassim, one in four properties, one in Al-Jouf exhibiting five properties, and three auctions in Hail presenting 16 properties, along with two auctions in Asir showcasing 12 properties.
