NAIA Developments has signed a strategic agreement with Fairmont Nile City to manage and operate the Beach Clubhouse at its flagship coastal project, NAIA Bay, in Ras El Hekma, Invest-Gate reports.

Operations are set to begin in summer 2025, in line with the handover of the project’s first phase.

The agreement comes as part of NAIA’s broader strategy to collaborate with international brands that offer high standards of service and operational excellence. Chairman of NAIA Developments, Eng. Hisham El-Danasoury, said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to delivering luxurious experiences and ensuring global quality benchmarks across its projects.

“Our goal is to offer a distinctive summer experience aligned with international standards,” El-Danasoury said. “This refined offering is complemented by two global restaurant chains on the beach, delivering a full, elevated day experience for all family members.”

Mohamed Farag, Vice Chairman of the Commercial Sector at NAIA, said the partnership supports rising demand for residential and commercial units while reinforcing the project’s value as an investment destination. “It’s a pivotal strategic step that fosters mutual trust with our clients and enhances long-term returns,” he said.

Fairmont Nile City General Manager Magdi Gamil described the move as a smart investment. “L’Uliveto by the Sea is more than just a restaurant—it’s a concept shaped by experience and demand,” he noted. “This partnership reflects how we think: smart investments, solid execution, and hospitality that speaks for itself.”

The collaboration adds to NAIA’s recent agreements with Accor, Vodafone Egypt, Crystal Lagoons, and other global design and engineering firms to elevate the NAIA Bay experience.
