Farag added, ‘ NAIA West’ project comprises a diverse range of residential units, including standalone villas, townhouses, and apartments, along with the luxurious ‘Alana’ residential phase, designed to meet the growing demand for upscale living models. ‘Alana’ units are fully finished and feature varying spaces ranging from 135 to 175 square meters, totalling 496 residential units. The project also includes a clubhouse spanning 6,021 square meters. The project extends over an area of 140 feddans, located just minutes away from the heart of 6th of October City and Sheikh Zayed Cities, with total investments amounting to approximately EGP 32 billion.”

It is worth noting that the design and supervision of the execution of the ‘Alana’ units have been entrusted to ‘Kyme Alchemy,’ one of the most prominent companies specialized in design and decoration, in addition to collaboration with ‘RMC – Raafat Miller,’ a regional leader in comprehensive design and engineering consultancy in the Middle East, with the aim of creating unique designs for the project. NAIA is also enhancing services within the project by contracting with ‘Vodafone Egypt’ to provide the latest internet and telecommunications services at “NAIA West.”
