Najma Walk has announced the launch of its latest flagship project in New Cairo, with investments exceeding EGP 5 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

The first phase of the development is set to be rolled out in the second quarter of 2025, continuing the company’s track record of successful ventures in the Egyptian real estate market.

The project will offer a mix of commercial, medical, and administrative units, strategically located in one of New Cairo’s most sought-after areas.
