Nakheel Developments participates in the “Hazi Misr” exhibition, organized by Al Nayroz Exhibitions Company, at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, Invest-Gate reports

Sherif El Domyati, head of Commercial at Nakheel Developments, says that the company participates in the exhibition with Trio V Tower and Double Two Tower in the NAC.

He adds that the company presents exclusive offers during the exhibition period of various payment systems, including 5% down payment and installments of up to 12 years, in addition to discounts up to 15%.

Alike, he points out that the company’s plan to expand the marketing of its projects locally and abroad via participation in strong foreign exhibitions. Nakheel Developments also plans to open a branch of the company in Dubai, marking the start for marketing the company’s projects in the Gulf market.

He explains that the company is implementing two projects in the NAC and has succeeded in achieving his construction and marketing rates in both projects. Trio V Tower is located on an area of ​​7,000 sqm, and construction is underway on an area of 2,100 sqm, which is equivalent to 30% of the total area of the project.

Double Two Tower is a hotel apartment, administrative, and commercial units, located on a total area of ​​9,000 sqm. Its commercial part occupies the ground and first floors on an area of ​​4,000 sqm per floor, representing about 45% of the total area of the project.

El Domyati assures that Nakheel Developments is cooperating with Time Hotels Company in Double Two Tower project and is also cooperating with Mimar Architecture & Engineering to assume the tasks of the project consultant.
