Nakheel Developments participates in the Egypt Property and Investment Show (EPIS), held on July 7-10 at the Cairo International Conference Center, Invest-Gate reports.

Commercial Director at Nakheel Developments, Sherif El-Domyati, declares that EPIS is one of the successful real estate events that has received strong demand from customers and is well-organized, adding that the company plans to take advantage of this vital event and present exclusive offers.

El-Domyati further explains that the company presents special offers on commercial units starting from a 5% down payment and a discount of up to 18%, in addition, an offer on administrative and medical units in the project with payment plans starting from 5% down payment and a discount of up to 17% during the exhibition period.

Additionally, he points out that the 15-storey Trio V Tower spans over 7,000 sqm, with a 2,100 sqm built-up area representing 30% of the project’s total area. Floors, from the ground to the fourth one, are allocated for commercial units and the rest of the project is allocated for offices and medical units.

Furthermore, he elaborates that the project includes 9D cinema halls, a VR area, restaurants with a direct and wonderful view over the central park, in addition to, a children’s amusement area and several entertainment features for the project’s visitors.

Trio V Tower is the company’s first project in Egypt, as the company began in the United Arab Emirates in 2005, establishing Global Property Management company, through which the company developed and marketed many projects. Therefore, Nakheel is keen on transferring its accumulated experiences to the Egyptian real estate market through investing in New Administrative Capital.
