Nakheel Developments is to launch its second commercial project at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), which will be a multi-activity project located in the Central Business District (CBD), invest-Gate reports.

Commercial Director at Nakheel Developments Sherif El-Domyati states that the success of the company’s investment experience in its first project Trio V Tower in the NAC supports the repetition of the investment experience in a new project, through which the company aims to achieve diversity.

Trio V Tower spans over an area of 7,000 sqm, with a 2,100 sqm- built-up area representing 30% of the project’s total area. Floors, from the ground to the fourth one, are allocated for commercial units and the rest of the project is allocated for offices and medical units.

Moreover, El-Domyati confirms, “NAC has become a destination for local and foreign investors, given its distinguished investment opportunities and the state’s support,” pointing out that there is a growing demand for projects implemented at the new capital.

He further indicates that the company plans to implement Trio V Tower to encompass elements of excellence, including site selection, partner companies, and payment systems. He notes that price competition is not the main element that companies rely on to reach their customers, “but it is integrated with other elements, such as quality, credibility, and commitment,” he comments.
