Nakheel Developments reveals progress in two of its projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), covering implementation and marketing rates in both projects during 2021, Invest-Gate reports.

In 2021, the company launched the “Trio V Tower” project, located on an area of ​​7,000 sqm, with construction on 2,100 sqm, equivalent to 30% of the project total area, explaining that the project consists of a ground floor and 14 floors.

Sherif El Domyati, head of Commercial Sector at Nakheel Developments, states that about 80% of the project was marketed by the end of 2021, the excavation work in the project was completed. Project licenses were obtained among the preparations for the beginning of implementation during the current year, stressing on the importance of accelerating implementation rates to reduce the effects of the inflationary wave and the expected rise in prices in the cost of implementation.

The project is planned to be delivered within three and a half years, and Muharram Bakhum’s firm is the project consultant with previous successful experience on huge projects, cooperating with the MRB Facility management consultant to manage the project.

As for the Double Two Tower, it was launched during the second half of 2021 and it is an administrative and commercial project, comprising hotel apartment as well. Double Two Tower is located on a total area of 9,000 sqm.

The commercial part occupies the ground and first floors on an area of ​​​​4000 sqm per floor, representing about  45% of the total area of ​​the project, and the rest of the floors on an area of ​​1350 sqm for each floor, representing 15% of the total area of ​​the project.

El Domyati points out that the palletizing works and leveling the project land are in progress, and about 30% of the project was marketed by end of the last year, and the company has contracted with many powerful entities to be present within the project, as it contracted with ( Mimar Architecture & Engineering – EFS for Facilities Services – Time Hotels ) to implement a project that integrates all the elements of excellence.
