UAE’s developer Nakheel has launched an exclusive collection of ready-to-occupy, family villas for sale at its new, high-end Nad Al Sheba community in Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.
Located just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, close to a number of top-quality schools, the new development will feature around 100 four- and five-bedroom homes, which are available to UAE and GCC nationals, according to a statement on August 25.
With unit prices starting at AED 3.2 mn, Dubai’s Nad Al Sheba is firmly established as one of the most popular residential areas for Emiratis, the developer added.
The gated community, where Nakheel also offers houses for lease, boasts “1,572 Mediterranean- and Moroccan-styled villas, each with large living and dining spaces, maid’s quarters with a separate entrance, en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, expansive outdoor terraces, a spacious private garden, and a double garage,” the statement highlighted.
Additionally, the new project will feature an abundance of fitness and recreational facilities, including five-kilometer cycling and jogging tracks, which are currently under construction. Additionally, a community clubhouse, restaurant, pool, gym, and sports courts are also underway.
The community’s Nad Al Sheba Mall, including 200 shops, restaurants, and services such as a supermarket, medical center, multi-screen cinema, and fitness facilities, is also under construction.
In July, Nakheel has revealed a new addition to Dubai’s recreation and leisure scene with “The View” at The Palm, a public observation deck towering 240 meters above the world-famous Palm Jumeirah.
