Nakheel is floating a construction tender for its PALM360, an iconic, two-tower luxury hotel and residential landmark project on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, Invest-Gate reports.
The Dubai-based developer urges piling and enabling contractors to submit ground perpetration proposals for the PALM360 site, following the tender issued for groundwork in March 2018.
A tender for the construction of PALM360 will be released in the third quarter of this year, and the project is due for completion in 2021, according to a statement released by Nakheel on Sunday, May 13.
When complete, the PALM360 will be the tallest building on Palm Jumeirah at 260 meters, and will comprise a hotel and a residential development.
The project is set to boast the world’s largest sky pool, connecting the two towers 170 meters above ground.
