Dubai’s leading master-developer Nakheel is finalizing the details of a mall in Deira Islands in Dubai, UAE, at a cost of AED 4 billion, reported Trade Arabia.

The project is expected to be proposed for tender in a short while, and is projected to be one of the most-coveted contracts in Dubai’s construction sector.

The mall will measure up to 600,000 square meters, and is set to be the focal point of the wider destination and tourist hub, Deira Islands, stated Gulf Construction.

The shaping of the Deira Islands are well advanced, making it easy for construction teams to handle the mall component.
