Dubai-based developer Nakheel will unveil a number of real estate projects at Cityscape Global 2017 worth AED 4 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

Nakheel will launch a beachfront residential project on Palm Jumeirah; a collection of homes and attractions at Jumeirah Park; a residential, mall, hotel and health complex at Discovery Gardens; a new hotel at Jumeirah Village Circle; and six marinas for a total of 614 boats and yachts at Deira Islands.

“As a foundation partner of Cityscape Global with AED 50 bn worth of projects already under way, we are proud to unveil another unique range of projects that will reinforce Dubai as a world-leading location for living, leisure, business and tourism,” a press statement quoted Nakheel’s chairman, Ali Rashid Lootah, as saying.

Cityscape Global 2017 will be held from September 11 to 13 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
