Nakheel to Partner with Hilton for New Hotel in Dubai

UAE’s leading developer Nakheel will partner with Hilton to build a new hotel comprising of rooms and serviced apartments in Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.

The new hotel will be located at the Jumeirah Village Triangle and the apartment complex will be located at Deira Islands.

The projects are part of the company’s hospitality portfolio that is worth AED 5 bn.

“Our new partnership with Hilton reflects our commitment to collaborate with globally-renowned and reputed operators to deliver new and unique hospitality projects across Dubai,” says the company’s Chairman Ali Rashid Lootah.

The DoubleTree Hotel will be finalized by 2019 and is linked to AL-Khail Avenue, a major new retail and dining destination, according to the company’s released statement. The hotel will include 254 rooms, restaurants, a coffee shop, a lounge, an outdoor terrace, a pool deck, a gym, a car park, and a leisure club.

Approximately 200 serviced apartments will be included in the twin tower and will be delivered in 2020.

DoubleTree by Hilton owns 500 high-end hotels worldwide with an overall of 117,000 rooms.
