Dubai-based developer Nakheel will showcase a diverse range of investment opportunities worth more than AED 6.5 bn at Expo Real in Germany, Invest-Gate reports.

The opportunities include land plots for commercial, residential or hotel development as well as completed and off-plan residential units at prime locations across Dubai, the developer said in a statement.

Being the only UAE developer exhibiting at the event, Nakheel will showcase some landmarks such as Palm Jumeirah, The World and the upcoming Deira Islands.

The company currently has AED 50 bn worth of projects under development in terms of infrastructure and construction costs.

The expo will take place from October 4 to 6 in Munich.
