Namaa EXP for Mall Management Introduces M STREET brand for the first time in Egypt and the Arab World

Namaa EXP for Mall Management has announced the launch of its new brand, M STREET, aimed at delivering a unique shopping and entertainment experience by attracting top local and international brands under the concept of shopping indulgence. The brand will make its debut with the M STREET Heliopolis project, Invest-Gate reports.

Karim Ghoneim CEO of Namaa EXP said that Namaa EXP is responsible for managment & leasing process for retail spaces at M Street Heliopolis, the premium commercial section of Valore El-Thawraa project. With a substantial investment of EGP 4bn, it is set to become one of the leading shopping destinations in the area. The prime retail sqm features approximately 17,000 sqm of leasable area and expansive outdoor areas, stretching 450 meters along El-Thawra Street—one of the most vibrant streets in Heliopolis, he added

“M STREET specializes in creating an attractive retail environment, ensuring top local and international brands find a strategic presence in Egypt’s commercial landscape,” Ghoneim said. He added that this initiative marks the beginning of a series of M STREET commercial projects, which will be introduced across Egypt and internationally, reinforcing the company’s vision of enhancing shopping experiences through premium retail developments.
