Nawassy Developments signs a partnership agreement with Fit Hub gym’s trainer, Nour Khattab, the famous nutrition and physical training specialist, Invest-Gate reports.

Under the agreement, Khattab will manage the latest gym to be built in East Cairo within the company’s 3 sides shopping mall project in El Shorouk City.

Amr Hassan, Chief Commerical Officier at Nawassy Developments, says that the company is keen to contract with major brands in all fields to meet the needs of customers and visitors to the project.

He adds that the contract signed with Captain Nour Khattab is a partnership to operate the largest and most modern gym in the eastern Cairo region with professional management, which is the most important characteristic of Fit Hub gym.

As Amr Hassan confirms, the company is keen to contract with international brands in all commercial activities of the mall to achieve the highest investment return for the owners.

The top executive states that during the next few days, contracts with many major brands in the field of clothing, restaurants, and shopping will be announced, in a way that makes 3sides a distinctive brand in this promising region.

The 3 Sides Mall is the latest project of Nawassy Developments in partnership with Hassan Allam Holding and is located in the most distinguished areas of El Shorouk City, directly on the Suez Road.

It is built on an area of 60,000 sqm, where Nawassy Developments completed its cooperation with major design and construction companies to design the mall to reach the latest architectural designs that distinguish the mall from others.
