New Administrative Capital Company to Join Dubai’s International Property Show 2018

The New Administrative Capital Company for Urban Development (NACCUD) has decided to participate in International Property Show (IPS) 2018 exhibition in Dubai, where it will announce available investment opportunities in the new city, Youm7 reports.

MREEC, the Egyptian partner of IPS, has signed contracts with NACCUD, Emaar Misr, Orientals for Urban Development (OUD), Saudi Egyptian Construction Company, Dorra, Rooya Group, and Al-Ahly for Real Estate Development, to participate in the Egyptian pavilion at the exhibition in April.

Mahmoud Abdel Halim, chairman of MREEC, said that the company is about to sign eight other contracts within days with a number of leading real estate developers operating in the Egyptian market, including Mountain View-Sisban SODIC, Palm Hills, Beta Egypt, Tatweer Misr, and Capital Group.

He added that the Minister of Housing Dr. Mostafa Madbouly accepted MREEC’s invitation and will participate and inaugurate the Egyptian section in the exhibition.
