The government is to launch the sale of villas and apartments at the New Administrative Capital beginning of September and right after the Adha Feast holiday, Invest-Gate reports.

Comprising 25,000 units, the first residential district will be open for reservation through phases, according to Housing Minister Mostafa Madbouly. “We started the advertising campaign to market the units of the New Administrative Capital,” Madbouly says.

The district’s units will be almost finalized, internally and externally, before the beginning of 2018, he notes. Works on the project’s afforestation, paving, and lamppost installation had already started.

New housing units for ministries’ employees will be established soon in the capital with different areas to suit their different income segments.

Various facilities will be provided in the first district like the Nile School, a hypermarket, a youth center, post offices, police departments among other services.
