Cairo-based New Avenue, a real estate marketing and brokerage firm, has announced that it will be promoting over 100 Egyptian real estate projects at Everest Real Estate Exhibition in Kuwait from October 17 to October 20, Invest-Gate reports.
During the event, New Avenue will be launching an array of projects by major real estate firms operating in the Egyptian market such as Misr Italia Properties, Better Home Group, and Orientals for Urban Development (OUD), New Avenue’s Chairman Ahmed El-Dessouky said in an official statement.
The projects are diverse and located in a number of new cities, including 6th of October City, New Cairo, New Administrative Capital, and Mostakbal City, in addition to Ain Shokhna and North Coast resorts, El-Dessouky stated, noting that the company is seeking to present special offers that cater to the exhibition’s targeted segments – Arabs and Egyptian expats.
The property exhibition is organized by Everest Real Estate Investment company and will be held at the Regency Hotel in Kuwait.
New Avenue’s participation in the exhibition comes in line with the government’s strategy to export Egyptian real estate and import foreign currencies into the country, in a way that contributes to the development of the state’s economy, the chairman highlighted.
After the EGP floatation, between 30% to 40% of New Avenue’s sales were acquired by foreigners and Egyptian expats, El-Dessouky remarked, adding that the company is constantly seeking to partake in similar events to promote Egyptian real estate abroad and attract more foreign clients.
