New Avenue Real Estate Consultancy has achieved EGP 50 bn in sales over the past decade, facilitating transactions for some of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, Invest-Gate reports.
The firm, which launched in 2015, has established itself as a key player in the market by implementing innovative marketing strategies to reach a wide customer base while maintaining credibility and trust.
“The company has seen a steady rise in sales, with a significant leap in the last three years, during which we generated EGP 30 bn in sales for developers,” said Ahmed El-Dessouky, Managing Director of New Avenue Real Estate Consultancy. In 2024 alone, the company recorded EGP 17 bn in sales, reflecting a 48% increase from the EGP 11.5 bn achieved in 2023.
New Avenue has expanded its workforce strategically, now employing 500 staff members, including 350 real estate consultants, compared to just 25 employees at its inception. The company has also developed detailed investment reports forecasting real estate returns over three to five years, helping both local and international investors make data-driven decisions.
El-Dessouky noted that over 60% of the firm’s sales last year came from Egyptians living abroad, highlighting the increasing role of expatriate investments in the sector. Beyond residential properties, New Avenue has diversified its portfolio to include commercial, administrative, and medical units, as well as resale services, reinforcing its position as a comprehensive real estate consultancy.
