Osama Abdel Ghani, head of the New Borg Al Arab Development Authority, has announced that 18 decisions have been implemented to suspend and stop the activity of several shops and cafeterias, Invest-Gate reports.
These places are located near “New Soueqa” in the city’s first district. These procedures were implemented in coordination with the relevant administrates and the reconstruction police.
The aforementioned violations include the non-issuance of operating licenses, not to renew the license, or engaging in activity contrary to the specified one.
Abdel Ghani notes that the authority is to continue exerting efforts to control violations and to ensure that there is compliance with procedures and operating licenses.
