Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the delivery of a new batch of “Sakan Misr” units in New Cairo’s Exhibition Land area, Invest-Gate reports.

Starting Monday, September 2, 2024, through Thursday, September 5, 2024, 96 residential units across four buildings will be handed over to their new owners.

Abdel Raouf El-Gheity, head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, detailed the delivery schedule: Units in Building 195 will be handed over on Monday, followed by Building 185 on Tuesday, Building 186 on Wednesday, and Building 157 on Thursday.

El-Gheity advised homeowners to visit the Housing and Development Bank’s Nasr City branch (2 Abbas El Akkad Street) to finalize contract procedures. Afterward, they should proceed to the city authority’s office behind the water station on South Teseen Street to register their details and receive a site inspection and unit handover letter.
