New Dubai Residential Aims Tower Meets Studio Shortage
Marquise Square

Sales kicked off in SRG’s Marquise Square development, offering studio apartments to offset a shortage in Dubai’s Burj Khalifa district, reported Arabian Business.

The project includes 384 units, consisting of 237 studios, 59 one-bedroom apartments, 70  two-bedroom apartments, and 18-three bedroom apartments, with prices starting at AED 95,000.

Facilities within the project include a swimming pool, gym, children’s play area, prayer room, sauna, steam room, restaurant and retail space, and a 24-hour concierge, according to The National.

Burj Khalifa has witnessed a rise in land values in the previous five years, as the Dubai Water Canal is expected to turn this area in to a modern island with great property values.

Marquise Square, a 29-storey tower designed in a diamond shape, offers a range of studio apartments in efforts to meet the shortage of studios in the area.
