New Generation Developments Kicks off L’HIVER in New Alamein

New Generation Developments (NGD) launches L’HIVER project, the latest project in New Alamein City, with a 1,000-meter length beachfront on New Alamein Lake, Invest-Gate reports.

Assem Fadel, chairman of NGD, says that the construction ratio of the project reaches 18% and 95% of the units are waterfront with a sandy beach suitable for swimming. The project also includes a variety of services that guarantee entertainment for clients.

L’HIVER includes the first sports club in the Middle East by Roland Garros – the first French tennis academy in the world. It also features a commercial area, which is the only one overlooking the international coastal road, besides a limited hotel and three yacht marinas.

Fadel shows that KAD is designing the project. Additionally, the project is managed under the supervision of the French company FONCIER, which ensures cooperation with strong success partners who have a strong experience in projects implementation.

Moreover, L’HIVER’s phase I includes twin villa units with an area of 220 meters, a townhouse with an area of 177 meters, and a studio with areas ranging from 42 to 123 meters. Also, all units are delivered fully furnished with air conditioners.

The company is rolling out an exclusive offer with the launching of phase I of the project, including free membership to Roland Garros Club.

Fadel assures that NGD offers various payment systems for clients, including 5% down payment and the rest over seven years, 6% down payment and the rest over eight years, and 9% down payment and the rest over nine years. These payment systems are flexible to suit the targeted clients of the project.

Furthermore, NGD has a specific plan for implementation and delivery of the project, as construction will start by the end of 2022 and delivery will begin at the end of 2025.

It is worth noting that L’HIVER is the company’s second project in the real estate market after its first project “Botanica” in the NAC. The company chooses to launch its projects in the 4G cities due to its care to be part of the state’s comprehensive urban development plan that is currently being implemented.
