The UAE’s Minister of Infrastructure, Abduallah bin Mohamed, stated that 232 homes located at the Umm Al Qaiwain complex are expected to be completed and delivered at the end of 2018, reported WAM.
The housing project will be built on 830,449 square meters at a cost of AED 324 million.
The project design was awarded two pearls according to the Pearl Rating System, a green building rating system developed by the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning council. This falls under the framework of a sustainable development initiative called Estidama, stated Trade Arabia.
