New Jersey Developments has announced a robust plan for the delivery of its projects during 2025, Invest-Gate reports.

For his part, Eng. Girgis Youssef, Chairman of New Jersey Developments, confirmed that, in light of its ambitious investment plan for the current year, a comprehensive strategy has been developed for delivering its various existing projects, and the company has already begun implementing this plan. This follows the successful delivery of the first and second phases of its pioneering project, Green Avenue, in the New Administrative Capital, with plans to deliver the second phase this year.

He added, “We successfully handed over the keys to customers’ residential units in the Green Avenue project in preparation for starting the finishing works, amidst an atmosphere of celebration and appreciation from our clients for our success in fulfilling our contracts with them, despite the economic challenges that the world has faced, which have affected the Egyptian real estate market. Despite these challenges, New Jersey Developments has fulfilled its customers’ dreams of living in an integrated and distinctive project.”

Youssef explained that the Green Avenue project is one of the prominent residential developments by New Jersey Developments in the New Administrative Capital. It features modern architectural design and diverse spaces that cater to the needs of different customers, along with facilities and services that provide an integrated residential experience.

He continued, “We are committed to implementing and delivering the remaining phases of the project according to the specified timelines. The second phase has been delivered, and preparations are underway to deliver the third phase once services are provided by the New Administrative Capital Authority. The company is dedicated to following up on the implementation plan for each project and ensuring adherence to the quality standards and timelines agreed upon with our customers.”

Furthermore, Youssef pointed out that, as part of the company’s commitment to always provide the best for its customers, it has recently contracted with several local and international companies for all its projects, including its flagship developments “Jamila” on the North Coast, Genesis Tower, Green Icon, and “Jura” in Ain Sokhna.
