New Jersey Developments has completed the third phase of its Green Avenue project in the R7 district of the New Capital, reaffirming its commitment to clients and timely delivery, Invest-Gate reports.

Eng. Girgis Youssef, Chairman of New Jersey Developments, said the milestone reflects the company’s strategy of prioritizing clients while delivering integrated projects that provide strong residential and investment value. He added that work on the fourth phase is progressing significantly and remains on schedule.
