New Land Plots to be Allocated in Four Cities in Upper Egypt

New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) is to allocate approximately 5,347 land plots in social housing projects for middle-income citizens in four cities across Upper Egypt, reported Al Borsa.

Through a public lottery held yesterday, lands were up for grabs to applicants with proof of down payment receipt at any of the Housing & Development Bank branches, according to NUCA Supervisor of Commercial and Real Estate Sectors Tarek El Sebaey, stated El Ghad.

The available lands include 469 land plots in New Assiut City, 3013 land plots in New Sohag City, 325 plots in New Tiba City, and 1,540 in New Qena City.

The down payment is refundable for applicants who weren’t able to receive any of the offered land plots in 8th of January at the bank; whereas the final results for the lottery will be announced on NUCA’s official website and the Housing & Development Bank, added El Sebaey.
