New Lands, Units to be Offered to Egyptian Expats Tomorrow

The Ministry of Housing will be offering lands and homes for Egyptian expats in the housing projects of Bait El Watan, Dar Misr, Rehab, and Madinaty on Wednesday, Invest-Gate reports.

“There is a firm collaboration between the Housing Ministry and Communications and Information Technology Ministry to assure that the website dedicated to reservation of the lands is in progress,” says Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly.

The new offering will include 3,738 land plots in Bait El Watan project across nine cities, namely New Cairo, New Damietta, 6th of October City, Badr City, New Assiut City, New Aswan City, Obour City, Sadat City, and New Qena.

The ministry is offering also includes 1,150 units in Madinaty, 1,161 units in Rehab and 3,909 units in Dar Misr project, spreading across eight cities, namely 6th of October city, 15th of May City, 10th of Ramadan City, Sadat City, New Borg El Arab City, Badr City, Obour City, and New Damietta.

Meanwhile, the Social Housing Fund is currently preparing to offer social housing units within two weeks to Egyptian expats that will be paid for in dollars, according to a released statement.

Potential buyers are expected to receive the offered lands in Badr city, New Qena, New Assiut, New Aswan and New Damietta within three months.
