Sherif El Sherbini, Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced that the New Minya City Authority will commence the allocation of 240 plots for medium-income housing in the “Ebny Beitak 3” extension, Invest-Gate reports.
The distribution will start on Monday, November 4, 2024, and continue until Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
Ahmed Mostafa Mohamed, Head of the New Minya City Authority, outlined the schedule, beginning with the allocation of 39 plots in Sector H on November 4, followed by 23 plots in Zones 2Z and 115Z on November 5.
Moreover, subsequent allocations include 32 plots in Zones 119Z and 233Z on November 11, 30 in Zones 2T and 206T on November 12, and various other groups through December 2.
Furthermore, extra days on December 3, 9, and 10 are allocated for those unable to receive their plots on the specified dates.
Notably, required documents for collection include the plot reservation form, payment receipts, photocopies of the national IDs of spouses and birth certificates for any minor children.
