With investments of EGP 300 mn, New Plan Developments finishes the first phase of Éclat in Port Said and launches its second phase, Invest-Gate reports.

This comes during New Plan Development’s visit to the project site in the city of Port Said, accompanied by its clients. Chairman of New Plan Developments Walid Khalil confirms that Éclat is being implemented at an investment cost of EGP 300 mn.  Éclat is the company’s latest project after launching five projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

Additionally, Khalil elaborates that the first phase includes 130 units, a ​​6000 sqm-lake, 12 bungalows, a restaurant, a cafeteria, a VIP lounge and a main swimming pool, at an investment cost of EGP 250 mn. He expects delivery of units to be ahead of schedule due to the advanced completion rate the company has achieved.

He further remarks the project implementation rate has reached 75%, pointing out that the entire project is scheduled to be completed by May 2022. Moreover, the project provides a set of features for the first time in Port Said, such as the artificial lake, a heated swimming pool, swimming pool for women and hotel units, Khalil adds.

Currently, New Plan Developments is studying to repeat of the Lamborghini experience, launched in their projects in NAC, at Éclat, Khalil says. Éclat’s units are to be fully furnished by Tonino Lamborghini in Italy.

Furthermore, New Plan Developments announces that the serviced units of the project are to be operational very soon. Éclat village will be connected to the floating boat. New Plan Developments will announce the development of the only floating boat in Port Said soon, Khalil remarks.

Éclat is located in Al-Shaheed Atef Al-Sadat Street, which is characterized by its direct view of the sea. The project is also very close to the international coastal road and the Ismailia-Port Said Road.

It is worth noting that New Plan Developments plans to launch a number of new investment projects in NAC and the North Coast during the upcoming period.
