New Plan Developments preps to kick off the second phase of its New Administrative Capital (NAC) project, ATIKA, by mid-next month, with a partnership agreement with a foreign company to be announced soon, Invest-Gate reports.
The new phase of ATIKA will comprise 350 hotel serviced residential units, with sizes starting at 110 square meters, according to the company’s statement on October 6.
Besides, New Plan inked a deal with an international brand to provide a package of integrated services, ranging from interior designing and decoration to fully-fledged furnishing services, and introducing first-of-its-kind concepts in NAC, the company’s CEO Walid Khalil said, noting that further details will be uncovered in a press conference later this month.
The company has already achieved EGP 300 mn worth of contractual sales under the project’s phase I, which entails 300 units out of the project’s total 1400 units, he added, pointing out that construction works are scheduled to commence in January.
Alongside ATIKA, New Plan is currently developing two additional projects in NAC, namely Serrano and ELEVEN, extending over 15 acres and 1.7 acres, respectively.
