New Town Group (NTG) Developments has announced the launch of its latest projects in New Cairo as part of the company’s expansion plans in the Egyptian market and to meet customer desires and aspirations, Invest-Gate reports.

NTG Chairman of the Board Ezzat Azmy Haroun expressed confidence in the attractiveness of the Egyptian market since the company’s establishment over 30 years ago.

He said NTG is determined to increase its investments in line with the state’s urban development plans.

The new Intown Mall project is located in the most exclusive area in the middle of New Cairo, on Northern 90th Street in front of the New Cairo City Authority. The commercial and administrative project spans 6,068 sqm.

NTG CEO Shenouda Zarei confirmed that Intown Mall features a sophisticated, environmentally friendly design compatible with green building standards.

He added that the company carefully chose the project’s location to represent an unparalleled investment opportunity.

Zarei noted that the project site is characterized by high traffic as it sits at the intersection of three main roads. It is located in the largest population area in New Cairo which includes 350,000 people.

NTG Head of Sales Khaled Abdel Nasser said the project consists of a ground floor, three typical floors, and units starting at 36 square meters. He said it features unique competitive advantages that make it one of the best options offered in New Cairo, with amenities like generators, air conditioning, a kids’ area, a gym, and security.

Abdel Nasser indicated that the company offers various payment plans for up to 10 years, with discounts of up to 25% for cash payments. He urged customers to take advantage of reservation discounts.
