The National Housing Company (NHC), the investment arm of the Ministry of Housing – Saudi Arabia, launches Ruwaa and Maylaa projects to enhance its response to the increasing demand for housing in the kingdom, especially in the big cities.
Once completed, Ruwaa will offer more than 1,000 residential units spanning over 780,000 sqm in Al Jawan suburb of Riyadh, while Maylaa will provide more than 800 residential units spanning 400,000 sqm area in the Khayala suburb of Jeddah.
Marwa A. Murad, Managing Director of MDMS, says: “We are proud to have been chosen to create all the promotional material for Ruwaa Project in the Saudi capital, including 3D videos and graphics.”
“We also oversaw the sales operations for the Ruwaa Projects’ units through the ‘Murcia’ interactive center and for Maylaa’s units through the comprehensive Sakani center in Jeddah. I am glad to say that we have been able to sell over 90% of the projects’ units within a record period,” she adds.
“This step comes to enhance property supply all over the Kingdom as the two projects offer more than 1800 villas and townhouses for the beneficiaries of the Sakani program in Riyadh and Jeddah,” Marwa states.
Noteworthy that Maximiliano Development Management Services (MDMS) is a leading player in the Saudi construction industry, announced that more than 90% of the residential units at Ruwaa are a crucial development in Riyadh, and the capital Maylaa project in Jeddah, has been sold out.
MDMS is headquartered in Saudi Arabia; Maximiliano has branches in Egypt, Bahrain and Australia, with work underway to open new branches in strategic markets.
