Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, a project by Nikki Beach and Dubai-based Meraas Holding, is set to open on December 20, according to its press release.

Launching on December 20, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa is to offer 117 rooms and suites, 15 villas and 63 residences on 52,000 square meters. The project is to include amenities such as a 450 meter beachfront, a lounge and a beach club as well as pools, a spa and a gym.

Nikki Beach’s General Manager Alexander Schneider stated, “The new resort promises a distinct approach to hospitality, great entertainment alongside and intuitive service that have not been seen in the UAE before.“
